Love Takes Flight Retreats creates travel-based experiences designed to help couples, friends, families, and groups reconnect, relax, explore, and create meaningful memories.

The current Love Takes Flight Retreats funnel is an early-access interest page for a planned New Orleans retreat scheduled for April 16–19, 2027. Details, pricing, itinerary, lodging, transportation options, inclusions, exclusions, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and availability are still being finalized and may change.

2. No Payment, Deposit, or Guaranteed Reservation

Submitting your information through the “Save My Spot” form does not create a paid reservation, confirmed booking, deposit, travel contract, or guaranteed seat.

The early-access form only allows you to express interest and receive updates before retreat information is released publicly. You will not be charged by submitting the form.

A reservation is only confirmed after separate booking terms are provided, payment requirements are disclosed, and any required payment or deposit is successfully completed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit your information, join the interest list, or participate in any retreat-related booking process.

By using this website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

If you later book a retreat or travel experience, you are responsible for reviewing all trip details, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, travel requirements, identification requirements, health considerations, personal expenses, and any applicable rules.

You are also responsible for determining whether the trip is appropriate for your personal circumstances, health, mobility, schedule, budget, and travel needs.

9. No Travel Guarantee

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that any retreat, destination, itinerary, activity, pricing, supplier, or travel arrangement will remain unchanged.

Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, weather disruptions, illness, injury, supplier cancellations, transportation issues, venue changes, and unexpected conditions.
